Return and exchange policy

  1. 1. For products that don't meet customer requirements and have not been identified as defective by the UniFormation technician,a return or exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

 (1) The customer has the option of a full refund within 14 days of delivery or a replacement product within 30 days, with shipping costs at the customer's expense (unless otherwise stated in the product listing on the website, on the receipt or on the packing slip).

 (2) After 14 days, for the products described above, no refunds but only replacements will be offered. After 30 days, no full refunds or replacements will be available.

  1. For customers who receive defective products,a return or exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

 (1) Return the product to uniformation3d within 14 days of delivery to get a full refund or replacement, UniFormation team will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Or the customer has the right to request UniFormation team to repair the defective item and cover the repair costs.

 (2) If the product is more than 14 days after delivery but within the warranty period, full refund and replacement are not provided. In this case, In this case, UniFormation team is responsible for the cost of repair.

 (3) If outside the warranty period, UniFormation team provides free technical support. If parts need to be replaced, the customer is responsible for the repair costs.

 

For unconditional returns within 7 days of delivery, the customer only needs to bear the cost of shipping to and from the product. However, all parts and accessories must be intact, and all original labels and instructions must be attached.

 

Note: Refunds and exchanges are subject to all of the following conditions

  1. It must be in new and unused condition, free from any damage, including dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, and tarnish.
  2. It must include all parts and accessories, with all original labels and instructions.
  3. If the product has been used, it must be returned in its original and clean condition.

 

Returned products will be thoroughly inspected by uniformation3d upon receipt and determined to be in compliance with standards. If it does not meet the inspection criteria, the product will be refused for a full refund or exchange.

 

Note: Returns are not available in the following cases

  • If the returned product does not include all original parts, accessories, or packaging and is not in new or like-new condition. (i.e., has cracks, dents or scratches).
  • If a legitimate proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or there is suspicion of falsification or tampering.
  • If the product has been damaged due to unauthorized use or modification, exposure to moisture, or foreign objects such as water, oil, or sand. Improper installation or operation is also included.
  • If there are any signs of tampering or alteration on product labels, serial numbers, or waterproof markings.
  • If the product has been damaged by external factors beyond control, such as fire, flood, strong wind, or lightning strikes.(
  • If the product is not received by uniformation3d within 14 days of the confirmation of refund or exchange service.
  • Other cases specified in the policy.

 

 

Note: Replacement services will not be provided in the following cases

  • If a legitimate proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or there is suspicion of forgery or alteration.
  • If the returned product does not include all original parts, accessories, and packaging, or arriveditems damaged due to user error.
  • If the product is found to be free of defects after appropriate testing by uniformation3d.
  • If the product has been damaged due to unauthorized use or modification, heavy moisture, or foreign objects such as water, oil, or sand. Improper installation or operation is also included.
  • If there are signs of tampering or alteration on product labels, serial numbers, or water damage marks.
  • If the damage was caused by external factors beyond control, such as fire, flood, strong wind, or lightning strikes.
  • If proof of damage in transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.
  • If the product is not received by UniFormation Team within 14 days of the confirmation of exchange service.
  • Other cases specified in the policy.
